Job Requirements

• Visual demonstration of animation that illustrates visual storytelling, believable expressions , emotional states , weight , physics , balance , appeal , entertainment , clear timing , and staging.
• 1 years production experience is preferred but talented fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Proficiency in one of the following softwares Maya , 3DS MAX , Softimage , Motion Builder.
• Knowledge of Japanese culture , anime , games and language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Animation Director to create smooth and realistic animation.
• Carefully studies and cleans up unnecessary motion capture data while making the pose stronger.
• Manually animate the fingers and facial expressions with natural and realistic style in mind.
• Maintain an open and professional demeanour regarding direction , fix ups , and overtime requirements.
• Develop a working knowledge of necessary production tools and software.
• Learn how to do new things with little to no assistance.
